The center strives to encourage and nurture artistic creativity, by providing a supportive and inspiring environment for artists, and by offering art exhibitions, events, and educational programs that raise public awareness and appreciation for the arts.

The studios are open for First Friday each month from 5 to 9 p.m. and the following day for Second Look Saturday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Some studios are open daily; some are open by appointment with the artist. Contact information for artists is available in the lobby.

The Left Bank Cafe is regularly serving soup, sandwiches, pastries, coffee, tea and soft drinks during the hours of 9 AM to 3 PM, Mon-Fri. The cafe is also open for First Friday and Second Look Saturday events. (606) 325-3815.
