Melanie Lucas Osborne was born and raised in Ashland Kentucky, & has been an artist most of her life. Melanie works in oils to create paintings of landscapes 'portraits' animal portraits & house portraits. She also is a mural artist working with Denise Spalding & Gary Preston no job is to big, she welcomes commision work!
